本リストは，吉田・吉永 (2010) を基に北山・鈴木が改変したものです (2015.3.31)。主な変更点は番号をつけ，リストのあとに列記しました。吉田・鈴木・吉永 (2015) を参考に修正を行いました (2017.12.24)。
＊1 Saunders & Kraft (1994) に従い，ユカリ科（Plocamiaceae）をスギノリ目（Gigartinales）からPlocamialesに移しました。本リストではPlocamialesの和名をユカリ目としました。
＊2 Saunders & Lehmkuhl (2005) によると太平洋で報告されているPlocamium cartilagineumは大西洋のP. cartilagineumとは別種と考えられます。
＊3 Yano et al. (2004, 2006) によると，我が国のホソユカリ（Plocamium cartilagineum）とユカリ（P. telfailiae），マキユカリ（P. recurvatum）は複数の隠蔽種を含んでいることが示唆されており，分類学的検討が必要です。
＊4 Wynne (2002) に従い，種小名の綴りを"ovicornis"から"ovicorne"に直しました。
＊5 Saunders et al. (2004) は，アツバノリ科（Sarcodiaceae）を狭義のスギノリ目（Gigartinales sensu stricto）からユカリ目（Plocamiales）に移しました。Saunders et al. (2004) とKrayesky et al. (2009) の分子系統解析では，ユカリ科（Plocamiaceae）とアツバノリ科を含むユカリ目の単系統性は支持されませんが，Verbruggen et al. (2010) の解析結果はユカリ目の単系統性を強く支持しています。本リストでは，Verbruggen et al. (2010) に従い，アツバノリ科をユカリ目としましたが，更なる検討が必要です。
