Personal data is never used beyond the scope of the stated purpose for which it is collected. Unless expressly permitted by the individual or specifically requested for law enforcement purposes, personal data is not provided or divulged to third parties, except where necessary for the provision of services by outside contractors. In such cases, the outside contractors are required to conclude a confidentiality agreement, and the Museum controls and supervises the use of the personal data.
The Museum takes full and sufficient measures to protect the personal data against unlawful access, loss, destruction, leakage and tampering.
The Museum does not prepare any file or ledgers of personal data as defined in Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Act for the Protection of Personal Information Retained by Independent Administrative, in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 2 of said act, which prohibits such compilation.
